  1. ALawskool Guarantee claim must be made within 14 days of purchase by email to
  2. To assist us to improve our law summaries you must provide Lawskool with detailed constructive criticism, of what is wrong with the summary and  what needs to be done to improve the document.
  3. Before Lawskool will provide you with a replacement summary of your choice, you must return the summary that you have identified issues with at your own cost.
  4. Lawskool is responsible for providing you with a replacement summary, however we do not accept any responsibility for the cost of returning the law summary and any other costs that may be incurred during the exchange process.
  5. Lawskool is unable to accept responsibility for any law summary that is lost, delayed or damaged in transit to Lawskool for a Lawskool Guarante claim. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  6. Lawskool reserves the right to reject any refund claim which falls outside these Terms and Conditions or if Lawskool has any cause to believe a refund is claimed otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
