Lawskool Tutoring Service

The Lawskool Tutoring Service is strictly a referral service. The contractual relationship for tutoring services is between you and the law tutor. Lawskool accepts no liability implied or otherwise of the tutoring service provided by a tutor referred to you by Lawskool. You always remain responsible for your academic results and meeting your educational Institution's deadlines for submission.

When Lawskool receives your email requesting a Tutoring Service we will identify the type of service you require based on the subject(s) that you have nominated. Lawskool cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a law tutor for the:

  • subjects;
  • date or time;
  • and the tutoring medium (in person or via Skype) that you have requested.


All payments for tutoring services are to be paid directly to the tutor prior to each tutoring session.


By using the Lawskool Tutoring Service you agree to indemnify Lawskool against:

A. All losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of tutoring services and the actions of law tutors referred to you by Lawskool.

B. All legal costs and other expenses incurred by Lawskool in connection with a demand, action arbitration or other proceeding (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal.


Your comments about a tutor will be treated in confidence by Lawskool and not revealed to the tutor unless you specifically ask us to and then we reserve the right to use our own discretion.
